Dr. Neeraja Jasthi, DMD
Dr. Neeraja Jasthi obtained her dental degree from Tufts Dental School in 1996 and has been serving in the dental field with exceptional care ever since. Dr. Jasthi has been practicing dentistry since 1997, established her practice in 2002 and has remained committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements through numerous continuing education courses. This commitment ensures that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental treatments available. Beyond her practice, Dr. Jasthi is deeply involved in volunteering at community health clinics, including the Calvary Community Clinic, underscoring her passion for extending dental care to those in need. Dr. Jasthi is a proud member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Linda Park, DDS
Dr. Linda Park earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2005 from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California. During her dental education she was involved in a dental mission to Peru and Southern California. Since graduating, Dr. Park has continued to stay active with local volunteer programs in Florida, such as: Mission of Mercy in Tampa and Orlando, The Dental Care Access Foundation, and Stars, and Stripes and Smiles, a dental care veterans event. She is an active member of American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association. Dr. Park's commitment to lifelong learning and patient care has led to participation in additional continuing education. Highlights include advanced education courses from the Pankey Institute and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Maxicourse.
Nisha Sharma-Felder, Registered Dental Hygienist
With over two decades of experience in dental hygiene, Nisha Sharma-Felder has been an integral part of Dr. Jasthi's practice. She graduated from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Dentistry - School of Dental Hygiene, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Beyond her passion for dental care, Nisha cherishes spending time with her children. Whether it's playing board games, enjoying music together, or cheering them on at their sports events, family time is her greatest joy outside of work. Nisha's approach to patient care reflects her commitment to excellence and compassion. She believes in treating every patient like family, ensuring they receive the best recommendations and care tailored to their individual needs.
Abigail Kovoor, Registered Dental Hygienist
Abigail Kovoor completed her dental education at Christian Dental College in Ludhiana, India, and successfully graduated in 2017. After relocating to Florida in 2018, she joined Dr. Jasthi's team as an insurance coordinator. Throughout her professional journey, Abigail has assumed various roles, progressing from hygiene coordinator to sleep apnea coordinator, and eventually becoming an Invisalign coordinator. In 2023, she was promoted to become a dental hygienist. Outside of work, Abigail finds joy in playing with her beloved dog, Bugsy. Furthermore, she values spending quality time with her family and actively participates in church activities regularly.
Jennifer Berry, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer Berry, one of Dr. Jasthi's dental hygienists, has been working in the dental field since 2001, and has been working for Dr. Jasthi since 2013. Relocating to Wesley Chapel in 2011 was motivated by a desire for a family-friendly environment for her daughter. Jennifer expresses that it has been an honor to work alongside Dr. Jasthi, a compassionate dentist who prioritizes the well-being of her patients and staff. She explains that our team operates like a harmonious family, ensuring that our patients feel the positive and caring atmosphere that defines our practice.
Hiral Patel, Registered Dental Hygienist
Hiral Patel successfully completed her dental hygiene program at Hillsborough Community College and has been accumulating valuable experience in the field since 2009. Since 2012, she has been working alongside Dr. Jasthi, continuously honing her skills and knowledge. Apart from her dedicated dental career, Hiral finds immense joy in the captivating realm of photography. With her innate talent, she not only captures stunning images behind the camera but also shines as a skilled and captivating model in front of it. Hiral lives by the motto, "In the joy of other lies your own."
Abeline Kovoor, Registered Dental Hygienist
Abeline Kovoor is a driven professional who completed her education at P.M.N.P. Dental College in India in 2017. Since then, she has honed her expertise in the dental field, with experience as a dental assistant in Missouri and Connecticut before settling in Tampa, Florida. Her dedication and hard work have led her to transition from an insurance coordinator to a hygiene coordinator, and finally to her current role as a dental hygienist in 2023. Her commitment to excellence is evident not only in her professional pursuits but also in her leisure activities, where she finds joy in playing pickleball with friends in her free time.

Kelly Biersbach, Dental Assistant
With more than 20 years of experience in the dental field, Kelly Biersbach has dedicated her career to serving as a dental assistant. After relocating from Michigan to join our team in 2018, she has brought an abundance of expertise and passion to her role alongside Dr. Jasthi. Kelly obtained her education and certification from Ross Medical in Michigan and further solidified her skills by earning an expanded functions' certification from the state of Florida. Kelly's day brightens when she engages with our exceptional patients and tends to their dental needs. Beyond her professional life, she cherishes spending quality time with loved ones, staying active, and delving into the pages of a captivating book.
Marianela Castillo, Office Manager
Marianela Castillo-Roman has more than 21 years of experience in the dental industry. In addition to working in different positions in the dental field, she also worked in multiple cities in the country which contributed to her vast knowledge in the operational side of this field. She has been working for Dr. Jasthi since 2017; she started working as Front Desk Coordinator and later on advanced to Office Manager. Marianela holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Antonio Jose De Sucre. When not working at the dental office, Marienela enjoys spending time with her family and having long phone call conversations with her father in Venezuela.
Kayla Strocchio, Social Media Manager
Kayla Strocchio has been working with Dr. Jasthi since 2024. She is passionate about enhancing our online presence through website development and social media marketing. With her dental receptionist experience and knowledge delegating tasks regarding Invisalign, Kayla manages many responsibilities while studying at the University of South Florida, with the goal to become a dentist one day. She brings three years of hands-on hospitality experience in the entertainment industry, with the ability to navigate diverse environments using strong customer service skills. Her dedication extends beyond dentistry as she actively contributes to the Future Health Professionals Organization, the Red Cross organization, and the weightlifting club she founded. Outside of work and studies, Kayla finds joy in hitting the gym and spending quality time with friends.
