For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

At Family and Cosmetic Dentistry our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don’t hesitate to call our office at (813) 866-9913 to review your concerns.
Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.
Major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted in our office.

For our patients without dental insurance coverage, we also offer an exclusive in-house savings plan, because we do not believe insurance should be an obstacle to getting the care that you deserve. Please feel free to view our Dental Savings Plan.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
